My path into this work began with my own experience of feeling stuck in patterns I could clearly understand but couldn’t seem to change. I knew what I “should” be doing, yet my emotional reactions and behaviors often told a different story. That disconnect led me to look beyond traditional approaches and into the deeper layers where those patterns actually live.

I first trained as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist, where I developed a strong understanding of the body and nervous system. From there, I moved into hypnotherapy and somatic coaching, focusing on the subconscious and emotional patterns that shape how we experience ourselves and the world. This combination allows for change that isn’t just conceptual—but something you can actually feel.

I care deeply about helping people experience that shift. When you’re no longer operating from old patterns, there’s a greater sense of ease, clarity, and possibility. My work is about creating that space—so you can not only feel better, but have the capacity to fully show up for your life and what matters most to you.
